Early Exit For JR In Eastern States 358-Mod Main
Middletown, NY - Jimmy Phelps, from Baldwinsville, NY, was able to outdistance Brett Hearn, Andy Bachetti and a host of others to take home $6,000 and the 358-Modified Eastern States Championship Saturday. Phelps was piloting the new 2012 Troyer "Small Block Style Car" that the Rochester, NY chassis builder has designed for the 358 and Sportsman divisions.
